Voting on Snapshot is simple and doesn’t require gas. Here’s a quick walkthrough to help you cast your vote with confidence.

Step 1: Enter the Aergo Snapshot Space

This is where all Aergo governance proposals are listed.

Step 2: Connect Your Wallet

Click the login icon at the top-right and select your wallet (like MetaMask). Sign the message to connect your wallet to Snapshot — no fees involved.

Step 3: Find the Proposal

Select the active proposal you’d like to vote on, such as AIP 21. You’ll see the title, description, and voting options.

Step 4: Review the Details

Make sure to read the proposal carefully. Understand what each option represents — this is your chance to influence key decisions.

Step 5: Cast Your Vote

Pick your option, click ‘Vote’, and sign the message in your wallet. It’s fast, free, and secure.

Step 6: Vote Confirmation

You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation once your vote has been successfully submitted.
